5. What if I start and I’m not very good?

That’s totally okay – everyone starts somewhere. We provide free daily training and you’ll be paired with a top-performing account manager who will support and guide you from day one. Our focus is on development – helping you grow in confidence, skill, and earning potential.

6. Is this job fully commission-based?

No – unlike many sales companies that operate on 100% commission, we offer a guaranteed payment structure to ensure that everyone earns, regardless of prior experience. That said, we also offer uncapped bonuses for those who go above and beyond. The more you achieve, the more you earn – and as you progress within the company, these bonuses grow with you.

7. What targets will I be expected to hit – and what happens if I don’t?

We believe that goals and targets are essential — if you aim for nothing, you’ll hit it every time. But we don’t believe in negative pressure or a one-size-fits-all approach.

When you start, we’ll set small, achievable goals that build your confidence and momentum. As your skills and self-belief grow, we’ll gradually scale your targets – always with full support and coaching behind you.

If you’re not hitting targets straight away, that’s completely okay. Everyone develops at their own pace. We’ll simply adjust your training, give you extra support from experienced team members, and make sure you have everything you need to improve.

One of our core philosophies is progression over perfection — we care far more about how you grow than how quickly you get there.

8. What are full time days / hours?

Full-time hours are typically 35–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

However, we also offer optional weekend overtime, with increased pay rates on Saturdays for those who want to earn more. It’s a great way to boost your income while gaining extra experience.

9. Do you take on new clients?

We currently partner with several major national and global brands and are focused on delivering strong results for their campaigns. However, as we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we’re open to exploring new client partnerships — depending on the size, scope, and budget of the campaign.
